How do I submit a help desk call?

To report a computer problem: Go to Help Desk Options > New Help Desk Call.
To request a change or update for a specific web site/project: Go to My Projects, and click on the "change/update" button next to the specified web site under Projects.


How do I pay my bill online?

To pay your current balance using PayPal: Login to your account and click on Payment Options.
To pay a specific invoice using PayPal: Login to your account and click on the chosen invoice under Invoices Due.
Paying online is fast, easy, and secure with PayPal. You can use your checking account, debit/ATM card, or credit card.


How do I create an account?

If you are already a client of Delrez.com, but do not have an account on this web site, you may create one. A Delrez.com account allows you to view and pay your bill online, check the status of your project, use the help desk, and more. Just click here and follow instructions. You may view the details of your invoice— including line items, attached help desk calls, charges, taxes, and totals— using the link in the email you received.

What is My Assets?

Asset information is used for keeping track of help desk calls. My Assets is a database of the technical aspects of everything we work on for troubleshooting. This includes computers, printers, scanners, web sites, domain names, etc. To view, add, or edit your assets, click on My Assets.
